God Himself made a covenant with Israel (Jews who are from the physical tribes of Jacob - later named Israel) promising that Israel will survive as a nation until heaven and earth passes away.
The scriptural proofs are as follows:
In Jeremiah 31:35-37
He who appoints the sun
to shine by day,
who decrees the moon and stars
to shine by night,
who stirs up the sea
so that its waves roar—
the Lord Almighty is His name:

36 'Only if these decrees vanish from My sight,'
declares the Lord,
'will the descendants of Israel ever cease
to be a nation before Me.'

declares the Lord."
He said:
34 "Truly I tell you, this generation ( race) will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. 35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away." In other words, His promises will stand forever.
So, despite Satan's efforts to destroy the nation of Israel time and time again through wicked men, he will always fail because of God's promises to her.
Will enemies war against Israel, and even invade her? Yes, but get wise and read Ezekiel, Chapters 38 and 39.
God has made Israel His plumb line upon the earth, and He will use her in that way until the end of time.

In Matthew 22,
Jesus explained about the things Israel and the world would experience, up to His return. In verses 34-35, He said that the Jewish race, would continue on to His return.He said:
